March 15, 2024 (Optional) - meet and greet with RI representative and time to socialize with fellow President Elects from the Multi Districts.

March 16, 2024 - (Mandatory) Training for President Elects from 10am-9pm

March 17, 2024 (Optional) – More training and Go Breakfast
