The annual District 7120 Oratorical contest was held Saturday, February 25th at Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC). There were seven participants who gave speeches based on the Rotary 4-Way Test.   This year, all seven participants are eligible to receive scholarships to participating colleges or one cash prize alternative to selecting one of the eligible scholarships.
