The annual District 7120 Oratorical contest was held Saturday, March 12^th at Veteran’s Park in Bloomfield. There were five participants who gave speeches based on the Rotary 4-Way Test. The top four winners will receive scholarships to participating colleges or one cash prize alternative to selecting one of the eligible scholarships.
