Action Planning Committee

The Chair is responsible for staffing and leading a team of experienced strategic action planning experts who assist the district, clubs, and district committees in facilitating 1) the development of a strategic action plan, and 2) the development of effective organizational structure for new or reorganizing committees. This role assists in the mutual alignment between district and club goals - while maintaining as much as possible - consistency with the broader priorities of Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation to promote sustainable membership growth and high-impact service locally and internationally.
