Parliamentarian
The duty of the Parliamentarian is to advise the Governor, or other presiding officer, in the absence of the Governor, on questions of parliamentary procedure based upon the most recent edition of the Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure published by the American Institute of Parliamentarians.
