While the Conference will take place on May 3rd, 4th and 5th (Friday evening through Sunday morning), you have the option of reserving your guest room from 1 to 3 days before (Apr 30th, May 1st and / or 2nd) as well as 1 to 3 days after (May 6th, 7th and / or 8th) the conference at the same discounted rate you receive for the conference days. In order to take advantage of these optional days you will need to make your reservation by phone at 877-525-2427 (use group code: 2334)
INVITE FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO USE THE RESORT AT YOUR DISCOUNTED RATES! Each conference attendee is encouraged to share this opportunity with family and friends. With each room reservation each guest up to 4 guests will receive a FREE Waterpark Pass. Two (2) additional room guests may be added at $35 each per night. A FREE Waterpark Pass is then issued to each additionally registered room guest.
WHAT IF WE ARRIVE EARLY? While check-in is 4:00 PM, if you arrive early, you will have access to the Waterpark as early as 12:00 Noon. Bring a beach bag with swimsuits and a change of clothes. You will be able to use the locker room to change with lockers to store your belongings in for a nominal fee. START EARLY WITH SOME FAMILY FUN!
