Check the News Release Samples from Rotary International. Include digital pictures for the press releases you send after the events. Check also the Public Relations Cheat Sheet.

2. Send Press Releases

Send the Press Release to your local press. The lists below have been compiled by area. You may copy and paste the full list to your email software, or hand-pick the recipients. The PDF documents on the right have additional contact information including phone numbers and addresses. To submit items to be published in the Public Relations Section of the website, please contact Elizabeth Richardson or Bill Redden   3. Get your event on the Calendars Pick the best date for your event, and get it listed early on the various calendars.  Rotary District Calendar: send email to Bill Redden  (BillRedn@hotmail.com)  with the following information: - Event name - Event date - Event description, including location, time, price, and contact information.
